Ex-partner confirms separation from Mariah Carey

"Dear friends and fans, it is with mixed emotions that I want to share with you an update regarding Mariah Carey's amicable separation after seven incredible years together. Our decision to go our separate ways is mutual, and as we embark on these separate journeys, we do so with deep respect, with a sense of gratitude for the priceless time we shared. The memories we created and artistic collaborations are etched in my heart forever," he wrote in the post.

The singer herself did not react after her ex's post, nor did she make any public statement about the separation.
