A few days ago, the video published in "Cherry on Top", where Bora put her hands on her stomach and said: "Such great happiness cannot be kept to yourself!", "fished" us, made us we would write an article and look forward to the next episode of the show that airs at 9:00 p.m. every Friday on Top Channel. Of course, we were disappointed.
Bora was not pregnant, but she used this "line" to tell the world that she is afraid to put her hands on her stomach, that everyone always hints that she is pregnant. Are you saying that this media attention does not serve VIPs to be the center of attention and much talked about.
Not that we don't know how sentences are used to collect clicks and serve us fake news, which has only one function: to turn on the TV, or watch the show on YouTube, to increase the audience numbers. In my opinion, this is exactly where the problem starts: We are no longer treated as viewers, as a beloved public, but as numbers and statistics.
To be clear: We are a media outlet ourselves and of course we love to be clicked and read, but we try to do this through current topics, world trends, interesting events, information from various fields and headlines that can contain everything, except a false information. It is important to create a bridge of accurate, interesting and educational communication with the public, which can never be more than a number, but a person with ideas, thoughts, criticisms and arguments.
Exactly, the hunger for clicks can bring a lot, that is, high viewership, it can even make a show break records, but for how long? How long can a show keep the public in suspense? Trust us, for very little! After that, the journey to regain the trust of the people is much more difficult. People follow you, give you chances, forgive you when you make a mistake, but as soon as you lose the trust of the audience, that's where the real challenge begins.
Personally, I follow the evening shows with curiosity, because I discover interesting stories (for work matters, but also for personal needs) and I would gladly follow Bora, the stories of the guest characters and the topics he deals with, but I would really, really like , so she wouldn't use a fake pregnancy to get my attention. I'll be honest: I got my attention for a few moments, but then also the feeling of disappointment.
I think that neither Bora nor anyone should do a marketing that insults the intelligence of the public and in this case, the expression: "There is no bad advertisement" does not work. There is bad publicity, especially when a public figure chooses to make fun of a good news like the sweet welcome of a child. Because it doesn't even take two brain cells to understand that it's a lie that shouldn't and shouldn't be "joked".
Bora achieved the goal, the creator of this "advertisement" as well, but at what price? Where is the idea of ??deceiving the public, while Bora herself, right at the start of the program, said that in this show she is "undressed" from the luxury of a big studio, from a dress and from the caresses that big productions give you, bringing closer to the public, more truly?
And I, like many of you, was expecting something different, real, without filters (as much as Bora's 'stiffness' and professionalism allows), but in fact, I became obsessed with a few more views. It's not the first time, it won't be the last, but it's disappointing all the same.
