TikTok has all the attention on a new drama! This time, influencer Madeline Argy, her ex (on occasion) Central Cee, and rapper Ice Spice are headlining TikTok! If you're not online all the time and have no idea what we're talking about, here's a rundown of the top questions:
Did Central Cee Madeline cheat on Argy with Ice Spice?
Madeline Argy, 24, started dating British rapper Central Cee in 2022 before they split in September 2023. But in June, pictures of them on holiday in Nigeria led people to believe they had rekindled their romance.
However, that all came to an end in early July when Central Cee was spotted shopping with rapper Ice Spice in London, fueling speculation that they had started a relationship.

This took off even further on July 12, when the duo released 'Did It First' with a very hot music video, where the two sing about their partner's betrayal. Naturally, the internet was quick to connect the dots and ask if Central Cee was talking about cheating on Madeline. That same day, the rumors peaked when Madeline took to TikTok to explain her side of the story with a 5-part video series.
What did Madeline Argy say about Central Cee and Ice Spice?
Madeline started the streak by claiming she was unaware of the collaboration between Central Cee and Ice Spice and that she had seen the music video when it was released, like everyone else.
"I didn't know something like this would happen," she explained.
Madeline Argy revealed an interesting story about their relationship and how he used the relationship to gain media attention. A few months ago, Central Cee showed him a new song he had done. She welcomed him with enthusiasm, but the lyrics implied that he was cheating on her. However, he told her the texts were not true and that it was all part of a marketing strategy, an excuse she initially accepted.
A little later, he asked him to hire an influencer to make a video for one of his older songs. Madeline accepted this as something normal, but she didn't know that he would send her his personal car to start rumors as if they were in a relationship. Meanwhile, Madeline was trying to make sense of the situation through comments on social media, while still in a relationship with Central Cee.
The situation became clearer when she contacted her team. Since Madeline had planned to go with him to Nigeria, she realized that this was part of a marketing ploy for his song. She agreed to go to Nigeria on the condition that no professional photos of them be published, but the photos ended up online anyway.
She said:
"I didn't want to be seen with him before this song came out because I wanted to be as far away from this whole thing as possible," referring to the inevitable infidelity speculation that would arise from the song.
Madeline went on to explain that in mid-June, she tried to talk to Central Cee where she planned to end their relationship, but he refused to meet her until July 1. When the date arrived, she said, "He calls me at 11 o'clock at night and says, 'I have to see you tonight... because you have to remember that I'm a human being when you see what happens tomorrow.'
According to Madeline, this was the last direct conversation they had. The next day, photos of him and Ice Spice shopping together were released.
"I couldn't even break up with him and he's already with another girl!" Argy said indignantly.
She added that, four days before her birthday, Central Cee made it worse by commenting 'Trouble' on one of Ice Spice's Instagram posts. To make matters worse, this was happening during the week of Madeline's birthday. "I thought 'rapper boyfriend' was at least careful to let me have my birthday week and then I see him at the club on July 6th. My birthday is on July 7," she continued.
Have Central Cee and Ice Spice reacted?
If you're wondering where Ice Spice and Central Cee stand on this whole situation, the duo has yet to react directly. However, they appeared together on stage at the Wireless Festival in London, marking their first performance of 'Did It First.'
On Instagram, Ice Spice included a photo of the duo together in a recent post, with many unhappy in the comments section.
