While Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds officially became parents for the fourth time in early 2023, it took more than a year for either actor to reveal any details about their baby. Just a few days ago, the "Deadpool & Wolverine" star revealed the name of the fourth child, confirming that Olin Reynolds is the baby's name.
The actor has posted on the platform X (formerly Twitter) an interview with a man named John Bell, who founded a non-profit organization for mental health after his son Jake Bell passed away. The latter has been a big fan of the movie "Deadpool & Wolverine" and Ryan chose to talk about the movie and his latest role as a sign of thanks, also for his contribution to people with mental health problems.
“I am so grateful that you shared your story with me. I have a son, too, and I love him as much as you love Jake, and I feel like I've done a pretty good job of that,” Reynolds said.
In Vancouver to watch @wrexham_afc play tomorrow. Incredibly proud #DeadpoolAndWolverine seems to be bringing millions of people to the theater. Sports and movies bring us together so posting a gentle reminder that none of us are alone. #MaximumEffort @Walking4Hope pic.twitter.com/xL2Pv4Trzl

In addition to son Olin, Ryan Reynolds and Blake Lively have three daughters: James, Inez and Betty, whose names you can find in their godmother Taylor Swift's song, "Betty". Just last May, Reynolds joked that they're "always waiting for Taylor to tell us what the baby's name is going to be" when asked to name their youngest on the "Today" show.
The actor has also spoken on other occasions about the fact of being the parent of three daughters, now also of a son, and he did not delay at the premiere of the movie "Deadpool & Wolverine" a few days ago to publicly thank his wife, Blake Lively and children.
