In the morning of today, it was reported that the police of Albania arrested Noizy, who was wanted by the police of Kosovo, after he allegedly raped Medi Isen, a well-known person on TikTok.
Regarding the arrest of the rapper, the artist Elgit Doda also reacted, who in a post on Instagram wrote that he supports the rapper, who was attacked and verbally abused.
"Being an artist and a public person does not mean (being) vulnerable and a target for threats, blackmail, insults and image denigration. Today I am #MeNoizyn, the artist who, after being threatened, attacked and verbally abused together with his family, today is unjustly accused by the justice system in Kosovo and detained in Albania", says Elgiti.
Further, it follows:
"We respect the institutions, we respect the laws, but how safe should we and our families feel when we see that justice acts with certain standards? When we see that some characters use TikTok and social networks to threaten us even with our lives? Then, they get over their verbal violence and still don't get a thorn in their side? While Noizy, the public figure who has been attacked with attacks from the lowest, is banned without having any evidence against him?".
Elgiti said that he is with Noizy for several reasons:
"Today I'm #MeNoizyn to protect artists and art. I'm #MeNoizyn to protect the man dedicated to pina and the values ??that art carries. I'm #MeNoizyn to protect myself and family. Because justice must have one and only one standard".
He called on people to support the rapper, to give other support to people who are attacked by characters on TikTok:
"I invite you all to be #MeNoizyn, to give support to those who are firing boards on TikTok, who are attacked and threatened in the family by people clearly identified on social networks, but who are never punished for their acts punishable by law".
Regarding Noizy's arrest:
According to Klan News, the arrest of the rapper was carried out by the police forces in Kune of Shengjin, where he was going to perform in a night club.
Noizy was wanted by the Kosovo police, because of a fight that happened in Peja, where a tiktoker was raped. Along with Noizy, DJ Crax (Bahtjar Bajraktari) was also arrested.
Noizy is charged with the criminal offense of "serious bodily injury". It is believed that he, together with his group and the rapper Stresi, raped Medi Isen, a famous person on TikTok. The incident happened on August 2 in Peja and since then, he has been declared wanted by the Kosovo police. It is expected that the rapper will be extradited to Kosovo.
