Former assistant accuses Kanye West of drugging and sexually assaulting her

Kanye West's former assistant, Lauren Pisciotta, has accused the rapper of drugging and sexually assaulting her while in the music studio with Sean "Diddy" Combs. The model claims that during the time she was with them, she consumed a drink that was mixed with an unidentified drug. The lawsuit was filed in Los Angeles Superior Court on October 8.

According to Lauren, West ordered the drink served to her. As for "Diddy", he is mentioned in the lawsuit, but is not accused of any assault. According to Pisciotta, she experienced disorientation and could not control her body and could not speak after consuming the drink. The next morning, she claims she felt heavy and sick.

Pisciotta has also previously sued the rapper for sexual harassment and unfair dismissal. She claims that she later learned what had happened to her that night in the studio, after Kanye had told her that they had previously "been intimate", referring to that particular evening.

Kanye, when the attack allegedly took place, was married to Kim Kardashian, who, according to the lawsuit, accused the rapper of cheating on Pisciotta.

"Until that conversation took place and the facts and actions taken that night were revealed, the plaintiff did not know or believe that she had been sexually assaulted. The plaintiff claimed that she was drugged by an assistant in the studio, maybe she was ashamed and blamed herself," the lawsuit states.

It added that the former assistant felt "numb and disgusted" by Kanye's confession and reported that she knew right then and there that she had to quit. However, she had to be "extremely careful" in how she distanced herself, according to the complaint, as she believed she would be retaliated against. Pisciotta claims he was fired shortly thereafter. She says in her lawsuit, which was originally filed in June, that she never received the $3 million she was supposed to receive in compensation.

In her lawsuit, the OnlyFans model claimed she received vulgar messages from West on several occasions. Pisciotta also said he received intimate photos of "current and former employees" of Yeezy — both men and women — from West.

In addition, she claims that she had seen the "Gold Digger" rapper masturbate next to her before falling asleep. He was said to have become angry with her after she rejected his attempts to "date or have sex" with her.

West's lawyers have previously dismissed Pisciotta's allegations as "baseless", claiming that she had, in fact, 'stalked' Kanye to take advantage of him. The lawyers alleged that Pisciotta blackmailed West when her "overtures were rebuffed."

"Before her departure as an assistant, Mrs. "Pisciotta had stolen his cell phone in an attempt to destroy phone records that would contradict her claims, but they have all been preserved," the defense said.

"She was fired for lack of qualifications, her demand for unreasonable amounts of money (including an annual salary of $4 million), and for numerous documented incidents of her promiscuous and erratic behavior," they continued, regarding the claim that she was unfairly dismissed from her job.
