Now that Jennifer Lopez is single again, rumors have started that the singer is in a new romantic relationship with rapper Drake.

It was allegedly Drake who first reconnected with JLo shortly after learning that she had filed for divorce from Ben Affleck. Now the two seem to be rekindling a spark they once shared years ago.

In Touch Weekly reports that Jennifer Lopez and Drake have engaged in several flirty phone calls and texts over the past few weeks. Although JLo may not be looking for anything serious, she is not ruling out the possibility that Drake could be her ideal partner.

"He was very sweet and told her what an idiot Ben is for letting her go and then he
let her know he was willing to step in and make her happy," an insider said. .

Fans of the artists may remember that Drake and JLo were briefly linked in 2016 where they were spotted kissing at a joint event. However, the flame of this relationship seems to have quickly died out.

"Getting that kind of attention when she was feeling so down was just what Jennifer needed. Now they are texting every day and things are going well,” the source added.

Recently, Lopez admitted that she was not yet looking to date someone after her breakup with Affleck and has yet to publicly talk about a "re-dating" with Drake. However, her divorce from Ben Affleck is still not finalized. Maybe once she's officially single, the two will go public with their relationship.
