1. He avoids attending other people's weddings

When a man is looking forward to his wedding, he will definitely get very excited to attend weddings and will want you to accompany him. If your partner hates going to other people's weddings, this is a good sign that he is not ready for his own.

2. He never talks about marriage.

3. He refuses to make long-term plans

Men who associate primarily with other single men may be more likely to delay marriage due to a phenomenon called normative influence. This is where individuals adapt their attitudes and behaviors to their social group, potentially reinforcing the perception that being single is more desirable.

9. He never mentions starting a family.

Men don't have the same biological clock that ticks like women, and most men don't even want children as much as some women do. In a man's mind, having a family is a natural thing that will happen once you get married. However, if he's not ready to discuss having a family, he may not be ready to pop the big question.
