We have to say it! Tuesday's "Big Brother" is a bad idea

If you're a fan of "Big Brother VIP Albania", you know very well that the nights of the show have their own importance. You have to find time to cook before 9 pm, to prepare yourself mentally and, above all, to cope with the consequences that a Prime leaves in your life. But when this show decides to enter the middle of the week, specifically on Tuesdays, the troubles begin.

Here's why Tuesdays are a bad idea:

1. It keeps you awake on the most important days of the week

Tuesdays are practically second Mondays. You're still recovering from the weekend and need to focus on work, school, or whatever you're doing during the week. But how can you do that when "Big Brother" runs late and some dramatic nomination or epic fight keeps you up long after the show ends?

2. It lasts until midnight (or longer) and you can't stop it in the middle

If you think about it, a Prime is an emotional journey that you can't abandon in the middle. There's no point in turning off the TV without seeing the elimination, the big fight, or the sensational surprise. But when the clock strikes midnight and you have to wake up early tomorrow, it becomes a real struggle between the desire to watch everything and the need to sleep like a normal person.

3. You get stuck in the middle of the week with drama that leads nowhere.

The show throws you into a whirlwind of emotions - betrayal, tears, arguments, powerful confessions - and then, woof! you're back on your usual Wednesday, trying to focus on your responsibilities, but your mind is stuck on what happened last night. At least on the weekend you have time to deal with it, but in the middle of the week you just have more stress.

4. It ruins your sleep schedule for the rest of the day.

A Prime on the weekend is a sacrifice worth making because you have at least a day to recover. When it happens on Tuesdays, it's just a constant disruption to the rhythm of your life. Once is okay, twice maybe, but 3-4 months of this routine and ciao normal sleep schedule.

5. It happens on a day when no one is at their best.

Saturday primes have a more festive atmosphere - everyone is more or less in the mood for something fun. Tuesdays? Not so much. The energy is lower, people are tired, sometimes even the residents themselves seem more tired.

Is there any solution?

Yes, it's very simple: leave the big shows for the weekend! On Tuesdays, they can do a recap, a shorter episode, or something that doesn't disrupt your rhythm of life.

Until then, anyone planning to watch “BBVA” on Tuesdays better prepare for a long season of sleepless nights and puffy-eyed mornings.
