A serious incident was recorded on Sunday evening (March 2) in Pristina, where Mentor Palokaj, the brother of rapper Viktor Palokaj, was found dead.

The victim was found by the medical team, while it is still unclear who reported the incident.

"Today at around 18:00, we received information about a person with no signs of life in an apartment in the Arbëria neighborhood in Pristina. The victim in this case is a male (1983), whose death was confirmed by the medical team at the scene. Police investigators, in coordination with the prosecutor, are taking all appropriate actions that would contribute to the investigation of the incident," Kosovo Police spokesperson Vlora Ahmeti told the media.

Regarding the cause of death, various media outlets have reported that it may have been due to a drug overdose, but it should be noted that this claim is not yet supported by an official version from the Kosovo authorities.
