Justin Bieber has once again caused concern among his fans with an cryptic post on Instagram, where he spoke about the difficulties in managing emotions. The singer shared a text on a gray background, accompanied by SZA's melancholic song "I Hate U", which reinforced concerns about his mental health.
"I was always told as a child not to hate."
"But it made me think I wasn't allowed to feel (hate), so I didn't tell anyone when I felt it," he writes.
He then added:
"It made me think I was drowning and that I was insecure about accepting that feeling."
I think we can only fight hate when we first acknowledge that it exists.
How can we not feel hatred from all these hurts we have experienced?"

This heartfelt post comes a few days after another post shared on Instagram, where Justin revealed that he is not well known, saying that he experiences "imposter syndrome" due to the sudden fame he has gained.
"People my whole life have been like, 'Wow, Justin, you deserve this.' I personally feel unworthy, I feel like I'm a fraud when people tell me I deserve it."
I felt like a traitor as I thought, "Oh, if only they knew my thoughts. How judgmental, how selfish I am... They wouldn't say that," the singer wrote a few days ago.
