Sia has filed for divorce from her husband of two years, Dan Bernard. According to documents obtained by Page Six, the estranged couple has welcomed a child named Somersault Wonder.

The singer, who legally married Bernard in December 2022, cited "irreconcilable differences" as the reason for the split and listed the date of the split as March 18, 2025. The pair were last seen together on February 27, 2025.

Meanwhile, Somersault was born on March 27, 2024, which means he will celebrate his first birthday next week. Sia is seeking full legal and physical custody of Somersault, but wants Bernard to have visitation rights. The singer has also asked the court to bar Bernard from receiving financial support after the divorce.

It's not known whether the couple has a prenuptial agreement, and Sia's reps have yet to comment on the matter. The news was first reported by TMZ. Sia and Bernard are planning a lavish wedding in May 2023 at Villa Olivetta, the residence of renowned designers Stefano Dolce and Domenico Gabbana in Portofino, Italy.
