It's the most valuable advice you'll ever get. It doesn't matter what sport you do, just set a goal and we promise you'll achieve it just by moving. Walking in nature is our first suggestion. Don't skip dancing. There's always a reason to celebrate!
3. Watch your sleep!
Put your phone in a corner and go to sleep! Beauty sleep is not a myth, so give it the importance it deserves and improve the quality of your sleep.
4. Treat yourself
A face mask, a relaxing massage, some new shopping...How does the day end?! An aperitif in one hand and an Iqos in the other!
