Venera Lumani and Lind Islami chose a very symbolic name for their son – Drin. This name is not a random choice.

The Drini, one of the most famous rivers in the region, is formed by two branches: the White Drini, which originates near Peja, and the Black Drini, which originates in Struga. For those of you who don't know, Venera is from Struga, while Lindi is from Peja.

“I originate in Struga, I originate in Peja / I make the mountains together, skej m'skej,” Venera wrote on Instagram.

The union of these two branches to create a single river is a beautiful parallel to the connection between Venus and Lindis. Just as the branches join to form the Drin River, they too have joined together and given birth to their son, Drin.

The name seems to symbolize the strength and love that comes from the union of the two cities. For Venus and Lind, "Drin" is not just a name, but a sign of the connection they have with each other and their origins.
