Egli Tako's family has reacted sharply after a rumor spread on social media, which claimed that the singer had lost a child during her relationship with actor Olsi Bylyku.

The rumor went viral online after a screenshot of an alleged InstaStory, said to have been posted by Egli about two years ago, began circulating. It read:

“This was the place where you were protected, slept and rested in peace! I decided to keep you here forever, to keep this place filled with you, just like my heart! Till we meet each other again snow. (Until we meet again snowflakes). Mom loves you!”

For many, this post was interpreted as an experience of personal loss. But the family - who also manage her Instagram profile - have categorically denied these claims, calling them untrue and severely condemning the way speculation is being made about the artist's private life.
