In the early hours of today, Cuban actor William Levy was arrested in Broward County, Florida. Sources say the 44-year-old was stopped by police for disorderly conduct.

The charges included public intoxication, disorderly conduct, and trespassing. The media has also released a photo of his arrest, in which the actor does not look at his best.

According to Telemundo, the actor remains in custody at the Weston jail, a city in Florida.

At the moment, neither the ex-partner nor the children of the Spanish soap opera star have commented on the situation on social media.

This case marks Levy's second legal incident in less than a year. Last year, police responded to a call from his ex-partner, Elizabeth Gutiérrez, after she alleged that Levy was very drunk and in the company of another woman at his home.
