George and Amal Clooney have never argued during their marriage. In an interview that went viral (because normally, when George Clooney talks, the world stops), he said that being married to Amal is "the easiest thing in life." And when asked recently if that still holds true, he joked: "We're looking for something to argue about."
Meanwhile, the rest of us? We fight about everything: the way he throws dirty socks around, the trash can waiting by the door for someone to pick it up, "why didn't you tell me your mom was coming tomorrow." Then we have George Clooney and Amal who have only love, smiles, and no "what the hell did you have?".
So, how do they do it? Maybe the secret is that they live in villas with picturesque views of a fabulous lake, have 4 nannies taking care of the kids, have no credit, don't have any cousins ??who say "can I sleep over this weekend?" and on top of all that, they have millions of dollars.
But don't worry, science is on our side. Yes, there are studies – real ones – that say that fighting in a relationship is healthy. Give it a go! Yes, according to them, an argument every now and then is a sign that you still care about each other.
Another study even concluded that couples who avoid arguments, for the sake of "peace," are actually more unhappy.
So maybe the Clooneys are an exception, or they have really good PR. Or they're just not like the rest of us, the rest of the world, who don't have breakfast in Como, don't have nannies, and don't live a life like in the movies.
PS It is also said that George & Amal Clooney are heading for a (very expensive) divorce ;)
