Due to the fierce riots in 2016 between two rebel groups, OTR and Babastars, the two defendants Noizy and former manager of "Babastars" Albert Krasniqi received the respective punishment.

According to Kallxo.com, in the trials that have ended today, Albert Krasniqi, the person charged with wounding Noizy was sentenced to 6 months imprisonment with the possibility of paying the fine with money. The court decision also charges Krasniqi an additional EUR 8,000 fine for the other offenses in the indictment.

On the other hand, Rigels Rajku (Noizy) was sentenced to EUR 2,000 for the incident in downtown Pristina. The announcement of the trial was made at a hearing where the two accused did not attend.

This decision comes two days after Noizy and Albert Krasniqi jointly pleaded guilty to the Pristina Basic Court.

Kallxo.com has managed to secure an indictment in which the prosecution has explained the actions of all participants in this clash.

According to the indictment, Noizy has physically attacked Albert Krasniqi and Ylber Abdullah (Cozman), who is the injured party when the latter appeared with a vehicle in the hotel parking lot.

The indictment says Noizy was initially attacked by Cozman, hit him with a fist in the gallbladder and pushed him into his vehicle, from where the insidious controversy began.
