If you have these symptoms, it's time to check your thyroid

Thyroid is really small, but it has a huge impact on our health. Butterfly glands control metabolism, which we most likely remember when we want to lose weight. They are also responsible for the energy we need on a daily basis. Therefore, it is important to be careful with the symptoms that may signal thyroid problems.

Thyroid can be affected by a variety of diseases, but they are mainly two: hyperthyroidism and hypothyroidism. Our energy depends on the hormones produced by the glands, so when it produces more (hyperthyroidism) or less (hypothyroidism) than problems start to occur. According to doctors, the symptoms of each are divided as follows:

hyperthyroidism:

exasperation
irritability
Weak muscle
vibration
Rare and scarce menstruation
Drastic drop in weight
Sleep problems
Magnified Thyroid
Visual problems
Sensitivity to heat

hypothyroidism:

exhaustion
Frequent and frequent menstruation
Memory problems
Drastic weight gain
Hair and dry skin
The voice is scratched
Intolerance to the cold

As you can see, the symptoms are the opposite of each other, depending on the hormone deficiency or excess in the body. Some of the symptoms can be common and can be caused by other diseases. But if you suffer from most of the symptoms listed, it is best to check your thyroid glands.

This thyroid imbalance may have several causes. For example Women's Disease is an autoimmune disease that causes thyroid enlargement followed by hyperthyroidism. Excess iodine in the body is another condition that causes excess hormone production from the glands in question. Hypothyroidism is usually caused by inflamed (not enlarged) thyroid.

If you believe you really have a thyroid problem, don't panic. With the help of medications, the situation is back to normal. The earlier you recognize it, the better.
