In recent years I have noticed an influx of my friends and colleagues to Budapest. Someone once found that plane tickets from Pristina to the Hungarian capital were too cheap and it took so long to get the word out. To help those who plan to travel to Budapest, I have compiled this list with tips from those who have already visited. Another current bonus is the fall in ticket prices from the coronavirus plane that has conquered over 80 countries. There are only three infected in Hungary that are being kept in care, so you don't have to worry.
To create an idea on plane ticket prices, I interviewed three different people. They all left Pristina and the trip alone cost 20, 30 and 79 euros. Depending on the date of booking, the price may be even lower. Also consider the road to Pristina airport, which costs 20 euros by bus, round trip.
Accommodation in Budapest is cheap, especially if you find apartments or houses on AirBnB, where you can apply filters to the price ranges you are willing to pay. Constantly consult the map to make sure the apartment is not too far from the center or places you want to visit.

In Hungary, English is not very common and you may encounter communication difficulties. It is also advisable not to go to the destination with money or to break the money in question at the airport. The currency of Hungary is called the forint and is hard to find in Albania, not to say that it is not found at all. Start with the euro and use Budapest currency exchange points. Be cautious about the exchange rate, confirm it online before agreeing to the exchange, and note how much you are charged for the service.
Google Maps is very affordable not only in Budapest but everywhere. My friends who visited Budapest recently used it to navigate and find bus, subway or tram stops. As far as public transport tickets are concerned, you should be aware that they must be purchased before traveling to the station's cars, by cash or debit or credit card.
In case of an emergency, you can call the same number as in the country, 112. The Albanian Embassy in Budapest is located at Andrassy ut 132 and you can contact him at: +36 30 201 3676.

When I asked to know about tourist attractions in Budapest, they gave me roughly the same answers. Parliament House, Szechenyi Spa, Shoes on the Danube Bank, Budapest History Museum, etc. Here you can find a list of the most beautiful squares in Budapest and here, a list of the most popular attractions.
To spare, my friends ate at fast food restaurants like McDonalds, Burger King or Subway. If you're not like them, TripAdvisor is your best friend.
