Have you ever wondered where the "fear of loneliness" comes from? Although you know very well how you feel, you probably do not have any other information about this fear which is otherwise called autophobia or (monophobia).
If you suffer from autophobia, you are not alone, but this does not make it any less easy to understand. Human nature was created to be herd-oriented, but in a world like today, something like this is being reduced more and more. Until 200 years ago the word "loneliness" was not even properly perceived because people lived in large communities.
For people who are afraid to be alone, this kind of fear greatly affects the way they live, but this kind of fear is somewhat normal. A certain level of fear does good to man because it is taken as an evolutionary response to help you survive. Such people are more likely to live in environments of people older than themselves, or to have children.
