TikTok users have released a CIA report claiming that "humans could travel through time and space" using their minds.
The 1983 report became available to the public in 2003 and explains in detail the belief of a technique called "The Gateway Experience".
According to the CIA, the "Gateway Experience" can allow people to transcend space and time.
TikTok user Abigail Carey explains the report in a video . She says the CIA report confirms "extraordinary" meditation, hypnosis and manifestation / biofeedback and refers to all of these as "reasonable starting points".
Other users say the article has not received attention before because it is "too long" and people have not read it.
According to Carey, the document explains "where we go when we die, what is 'consciousness', what is time travel, sending telepathic messages, etc."
In a report called "The Analysis and Assessment of The Gateway Process," the author, U.S. Army Lt. Col. Wayne McDonnel, explains the unique technique as a "training system."
McDonnell says the system was "created to bring added strength, focus and coherence to the amplitudes and frequency of the brain wave output, between the left and right hemispheres, in order to change consciousness, moving it out of the physical realm and thus "saving" it from the constraints of time and space.
Voice recordings are used in "experience" to control brain waves, to alternate the mind.
People, however, are demanding that more explanations be posted on YouTube and the report appear more simplified.
