'Do you have any questions?' - How to answer the last question in a

At the end of job interviews, the employer or company's human resources generally ask "Do you have any questions about the job position?".

The short answer is: "No." It is not necessarily a wrong answer, on the contrary it can make employers think that you accept the position without any hesitation and you can be ready to be hired from that moment.

But on the other hand, it can make them think that you have no interest, are not motivated, are arrogant or lack commitment. Of course, it all depends on the interview as a whole, but if you do not want to answer the last question with "No", some questions you can ask are:

1. Questions about working conditions (depending on the job): Is the factory present in a place where there are toxic substances? Will I settle in a remote place where social and cultural differences are pronounced? What are the security parameters?

2. Questions about the level of expectations: Are my skills and experience sufficient to effectively manage work tasks and responsibilities? What are the company standards for performance?

3. Questions about employees: Will I work with other people? What is the hierarchy of the company? Will I collaborate with certain individuals, agencies and other groups?

These questions give you the opportunity to have a dialogue with the employer, which can have a positive effect on your employment.
