Nothing spoils your mood more than sudden belly pains during or after sex. Orgasms are as mental as they are physical: If you are distracted by belly pain you will find it harder to achieve orgasm.
What are the reasons for such pain?
Believe it or not, there are many possible factors for abdomen pain after sex, starting from vaginal dryness. Most of them, like abdomen pains or irritated vaginas after sex are generally unsafe, but however, if this happens constantly the good is to pay a visit to the doctor.
This, to exclude any serious complications, such as infection, others, such as endometriosis or adenomyosis (tquestions growing within the uterus wall). However, post-sex belly pains are very common, people simply choose not to say it out loud.
The pain of the belly after penetration is not cause for panic. If you had sex stomach problems during the day, it's not the best option as it would add to the embarrassment of a stomach that's not in its best condition.
Also, hormonal changes can contribute to such pain, which can be even stronger if you are before the menstrual cycle.
Sometimes constant pain during sex is not just physical, but also emotional, or a combination of both. Past sexual trauma can contribute to pain during and after sex, known as genito-pelvic pain/penetration disorder. Another reason that explains this kind of pain is that the penis or you're using can be too big for certain positions.
