How many minutes is perfect to walk in a day?

Walking is a fantastic activity for both physical and mental health, much more than you think.

Just walking at least 21 minutes a day can reduce the risk of suffering from cardiovascular problems by 30%, at least that's what a Harvard Health report said, listing the benefits of walking. 

The study also said that walking "reduces the risk of diabetes, cancer, low blood pressure, cholesterol and also keeps you mentally alert."

So, even if you don't have the will, time, energy or desire to do gym or any other physical activity, at least ECNI - because walking does not require any special planning.

Regardless of your age or health history, walking only benefits you, but you must do it consistently. Even if for one reason or another you don't walk 21 minutes a day, walking also helps. By walking you also avoid prolonged sitting. Of course, moving at home or in the office has its benefits, but it doesn't compare to walking, which is accompanied by proper breathing and rhythm.
