Unlike previous years, this year's "Song Festival" is different. The song that will represent Albania in Eurovision 2023 will be chosen by public votes via SMS.

In the 62nd edition, 3 first prizes will be awarded: First place, second place and third place; an award for young artists and alternative groups and an award for career, writes RTSH. 

The prize for the first 3 places, the prize for young artists and alternative groups as well as the prize for the career will be awarded after an evaluation by the jury. It will be interesting whether the public award will coincide with the first award decided by the jury.

Albanian Radio Television also published the list of participating artists and songs.
