Megan Fox is the author of a book of poetry, titled Pretty Boys Are Poisonous, which was released today (November 7, 2023). In it, she writes about abortion, the complicated relationship with MGK and the feelings experienced at different stages of life.

In 2 poems, titled "I" and "II", she recounts the grief and heartbreak experienced by an abortion.

“On your side of the bed there's an echo, 10 weeks and 1 day…Do you think if she could, she'd leave a suicide note? But now, I have to say goodbye. I close my eyes and imagine clutching you tightly to my chest while they take you from my body," says Fox, and the poem is accompanied by an illustration of a woman holding a baby. On the last page of the book is written the saying: "I will pay any price, please tell me, what is the payment for her soul?".

As for romantic relationships, Fox doesn't mention any former partners, but many of the poems seem to be written about her fiance, Machine Gun Kelly, and inspired by the challenges their relationship experienced in 2020.

In many verses, Megan talks about a "32-year-old narcissist", who is the author's true love.

"You are an addiction that cannot be cured by prayers," she writes in a poem. While in another, it is stated: "A beautiful boy is a deadly drug", as well as: "You are killing me, but my heart cannot give up".

As for the book, Fox says that pretty boys poison you, and there's an argument for that. She claims that she has kept men's secrets for years and her body aches bearing the weight of their sins.

"These poems are written in an attempt to exorcise the disease that has taken root because of my silence. I've spent my whole life keeping men's secrets, my body aches from the weight of their sins. My freedom lives on in these pages, and I hope to inspire others to reclaim their happiness and identity, shining a light on the voice they have buried in the dark, but not forgotten," said Megan.

Meanwhile, according to the publishing house 'Simon & Schuster', we should turn to the book, bite the apple of sin and read one of the most addictive books of the year.
