Gypsy Rose Blanchard was released from prison on December 28, 2023, and has been attracting tremendous attention ever since. Already, her home in Missouri, where Gypsy lived and her mother Dee Dee Blanchard was killed in 2015, is increasingly visited by tourists and people who adore paranormal stories.
According to neighbors, many cars and people stop, take pictures and make noise in front of the house. After Gypsy and her ex-boyfriend were convicted, the house was painted blue (from pink) and tourists ask the surrounding neighbors about the house's exact location. This has brought irritation to the residents of the area.

One of the neighbors told TMZ they refused to help tourists find the house out of respect for the residents who already live in Gypsy's former home. Residents expressed their frustration with the traffic that is created on their common road. Their irritation peaked when a video circulated on TikTok of two women claiming to see paranormal activity at home. Some of the commenters said that they understand that the house probably carries a dark energy around it.

Others expressed that this is disrespectful to Gypsy and the residents of the house and that people should stop all this "stalking".
While Gypsy is out of prison, she is considering starting a family with her husband, Ryan Anderson, whom she met while in prison. Gypsy said that over 250 men from all over the world have written to her to set up a relationship while she was behind bars.
