A Texas girl claims Blake Lively approached her outside a hotel, filming her on her cellphone, in an incident she described as "paranoid."
According to Kathleen Cooper, who was staying at the 1928 Hotel in Waco, Texas, with her mother, she and the actress happened to be in the same room by chance, but the encounter unfolded in a way she didn't expect.

Cooper explained to the Daily Mail that he noticed someone famous entering the hotel, while an employee later revealed that it was Lively, who had just arrived from Austin, where she was promoting the film "Another Simple Favor." As the young woman later recounted, she took out her phone and started filming the actress, to show it to her friends.

The actress entered the lobby dressed casually, escorted by security, but she seemed to be aware of the camera's presence and covered her face. Her fan thought the interaction ended at that moment.

However, according to her claims, the next morning, Lively approached her outside the hotel, took her cell phone and started recording her, as she allegedly walked around the car, intending to film the license plate.

"I looked up and saw Lively. She was holding her phone filming me. Instinctively, I just said 'hi'... because what can you say?" Cooper describes. 

She added that after this episode, she spoke about the incident on social media, where she noticed that hotel employees and Lively's team were monitoring the posts through their accounts.

Blake Lively has not publicly commented on the incident.
